Founded in 1925, Columbia Edgewater remains dedicated to the game of golf. Our maintenance standards and renowned course conditioning reflect our commitment to excellence. The putting surfaces at Columbia Edgewater are second to none in the Portland area. To ensure optimal conditions, we mow 6-7 days per week and roll greens 3-4 times per week. Additionally, vertical mowing and light, frequent topdressing take place every 2-3 weeks during the summer.
Our fairways are also some of the best in the Northwest. This is a direct result of our successful topdressing, aerification, and drainage programs, first implemented in 1995. Even during the wetter times of the year, we are significantly drier than virtually all other courses in our area. The incorporation of our rough sanding program in 2005 has enhanced the playability in those areas as well, ensuring that all aspects of the course are accessible to members even during the winter months.

Opens 15 minutes after the opening of the Pro Shop and is open during all daylight hours, weather permitting, except:
Mondays: it opens at 11 a.m.
Wednesdays: it closes 90 minutes before dusk
